What the arrangement is

Requests, not leads

Every request arrives with dates, headcount and location already confirmed by the customer. You are quoting on real work, not sifting enquiries that were never going to book.

Fills the gaps in your calendar

Customers come to us for a whole trip, so a yacht request often brings a car and a table with it. Tell us your quiet days and we will point the flexible requests at them first.

Non-exclusive

You keep your own bookings, your own channels and your own pricing. Nothing here stops you trading as you do now.

You set the price

You quote each request. We present it to the customer as it stands. Our commission is agreed with you before you take a single booking, never changed mid-season and never taken out of your margin unannounced.

You hold the licences

The activity is yours: your licences, your insurance, your conditions. We are the connector, and our policies say so plainly.

One point of contact

Requests, changes and cancellations come through one channel, in writing, with a reference. No chasing across four apps.

How we are paid

€99 to join, your first month free, then €49 a month plus a commission on each completed booking.

Before the free month ends

We email you 7 days before the first €49 is taken, stating the date and the amount, with a one-click link to stop it. If that email does not reach you, the charge does not happen. You can cancel with one email to us, with no call and no retention offer - and we will not ask you to explain why.

The first month is free so you see real requests before you pay anything monthly. The commission is only charged when a booking is completed - nothing on a request you decline, nothing on a booking that is refunded. You can stop at any time.

What we ask of you

Licences in order

Whatever your activity requires where you operate, held by you and current. We ask for the numbers and we check them.

Answer within the day

Requests are time-sensitive. If you cannot quote by the end of the day, tell us and we will pass it on rather than leave the customer waiting.

Honour the quote

The price you give is the price the customer pays. Extras must be stated up front, not added at handover.

Tell us when it goes wrong

Weather, mechanical failure, a double booking. Early warning lets us fix it; silence turns a problem into a refund.
